The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He treats you like a bother every time you come in. Then he told me to come in at by 5pm and closed at 4:30pm the same day he told me to make it by 5pm. Terrible ownership, take your business to someone who actually wants it.
We rented a 26 ft truck from them to move 400 miles across the state! Barely made it safely to the destination! Truck was messed up, shook like crazy and had obvious steering problems! Driving it for 7 hours was a complete nightmare! It had to be towed to the drop off office. We paid $550 for a truck + $200 in gas, we got $100 reimbursed for inconvenience! This is a freaking joke! Manager didn't even have a nerve to contact us, or look into the claim. This place is a joke! Please do not rent from them, the truck can be a death trap! And they won't help You!
